SAGE white paper explores discoverability of scholarly content, recommends standards, transparency, metadata, and partnerships | No Shelf Required.

I skimmed this but need to read it carefully, perhaps even side-by-side with the first SAGE white paper from 2 years ago.  In this age of increased use of patron-driven acquisitions, discoverability should matter much more to monograph publishers than ever before.  And as Discovery systems become more standard in academic libraries, it also matters to the journal publishers.
